All golf equipment purchased from Golf Superstore is covered by the original manufacturer’s or distributor’s warranty, which usually ranges from 1-2 years from date of purchase, depending on the item and the manufacturer. Defective Products
Any defective product may be returned anytime while still under the manufacturer’s warranty period.

Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers’ products, or may be found on their respective web sites. Please contact Golf Superstore prior to returning any merchandise for warranty consideration.

Damaged Goods
If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify Golf Superstore at once. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.

How to Return Merchandise
Products may be returned to the Golf Superstore warehouse in Bundall, Queensland. To return an item to our warehouse we encourage you to re-use your original shipping carton. Please include a separate piece of paper containing your printed name and address, the order number and your Golf Superstore Invoice Number, and the reason for the return or exchange.
