We provide FREE Shipping on all purchases over $150 or a flat shipping rate of $10 for orders under $150 within mainland Australia (including Tasmania). Whilst we ship to areas which are not part of mainland Australia and Tasmania, we are unable to offer discount delivery service to these areas. If you live outside Australian Mainland, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping estimate on your order.
We are Australian owned and operated and do not accept international orders.
Once payment is received, orders are shipped on the same day providing the we have the required products in stock. When your order ships you will receive an email outlining how to track your package with details of your order. How long it takes to get your order really depends on what you order.
Although we carry a large inventory in-store and in our wharehouse, we can’t possibly stock every loft and shaft configurations, combinations etc. If we have the item/s you ordered in stock, they are delivered to your door on average within 2 – 4 days depending on the freight service. Regional areas will take an extra day or two. Bulky items such as buggies, bags, training aids and full sets may take up to 5 business days for delivery (longer for Tasmania).
If the item/s you order are not in stock it can take up to 3-5 working days to be delivered depending on the item/s requested.
A business or home delivery address is preferable as we can not deliver to any PO or GPO Boxes. Anyone authorised to accept the goods on the buyers behalf must be present when the order is delivered. If there is no one at the address or no one willing and able to receive the order, a calling card will be left for you to collect the order.
When items are going to take longer than normal to deliver, due to influences beyond our control, we will call directly and update our clients with regards to shipping status.
Online Shipping Information (Australia)
All packages are shipped with the cost of insurance for your purchase included in the price that we quote you.
Packages are protected 100% until the merchandise arrives and is signed for by you. All shipment times are quoted in business days, as our freight services do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays.
All orders are fully insured against damage or loss.
When expecting your package, please allow for 1 day processing time before your order is shipped.
We apologise for any inconvenience, but we do not ship to PO or GPO Boxes, only physical addresses. If you are not going to home during working hours, please enter your work address. If there is no one at the address or no one willing and able to receive the order, a calling card will be left for you to collect the order.
